We understand life happens and schedules change.

To ensure the success of our program and accommodate all participants, please review our cancellation policy:

• Cancellation Fee: All cancellations are subject to a $50 cancellation fee, regardless of timing.

• Cancellations Made More Than 2 Weeks Before the Session Start Date: If you cancel at least 2 weeks prior to the session's start date, you will receive a refund minus the $50 cancellation fee.

• Cancellations Made Within 2 Weeks of the Session Start Date: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 2 weeks of the session start date unless we are able to fill your child’s spot from the waitlist. If the spot is filled, you will receive a refund minus the $50 cancellation fee.

• No Refunds for Mid-Session Withdrawals: If your child withdraws from the program after the session has started, no refunds will be issued.

Additional Notes

• No refunds will be issued for missed days, weeks, or temporary withdrawals during the program.

• Special circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies) will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
