🌿 Nature School Cancellation Policy – Quick FAQ

We understand life happens and schedules change.
To ensure the success of our program and accommodate all participants, please review our cancellation policy:

📅 What happens if I cancel my child's enrollment?

• All cancellations have a $50 cancellation fee.

• You must give 30 days' written notice.
  

🕰️ What if I cancel more than 2 weeks before the program starts?

• Only the $50 cancellation fee applies.
  

⏳ What if I cancel within 2 weeks of the program starting?

• The 30-day notice still applies unless we can fill your spot.

• If your spot is filled, you’ll only pay the $50 fee.
  

💵 If I'm on a payment plan, what happens when I cancel?

• Payments already made are non-refundable.

• Payments for the next 30 days are still due.

• Final invoice = number of classes attended + $50 cancellation fee.

• Note: Some fall and spring classes are longer. Final costs will be adjusted based on actual classes attended.
  

💳 If I paid in full (with the 10% discount), what happens if I cancel?

• Cancel before classes start: Refund minus the $50 fee.

• Cancel after classes start: Partial refund based on classes attended (without the 10% discount).

• Note: Some fall and spring classes are longer. Refund will be adjusted based on actual classes attended.
  

🚫 Are missed days refunded?

• No refunds for missed days, vacations, or temporary withdrawals.
  

❤️ Are there exceptions?

• Special circumstances (like medical emergencies) may be considered individually.
